I just turned 61 and wanted to get back into shape. I used a Gazelle previous to my purchase and found it to be the best way for me to go. The fact that it does not put too much stress on my knees is important for me. I really enjoy the way it glides along and I actually find it a relaxing way to exercise. You do need to assemble it but if you are used to putting things together then it is a piece of cake. The directions are very specific and not like many that are written up by people who are not familiar with the English language. That made it relatively easy to assemble. It folds together for storage and does not take up a lot of room. I found that the meter that comes with it is sufficient for my needs. And it is well made and sturdy...not like other pieces of equipment. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase.
