Because of surgery on both of my knees and an arthritis condition in which the bones are chipping off in my knees, my doctor said no walking or bouncing exercises. With my Gazelle I can exercise as much as I want and its smooth gliding motion is easy on my joints. At age 60, I am a happy exerciser! The machine is quiet so I can get my exercise in while I watch my favorite TV programs. Even my grandchildren love to use it! It is so easy that even a child can do it!
