What a great price! I wanted an eliptical, but didn't want to spend the big bucks. It took me less than one hour to put together. I had a little difficulty connecting the base of the frame and getting the holes lined up for the bolts, but after I sprayed a little WD-40 - the frame slid together easily! I put it together by myself, so you don't need 2 people to put it together, as other reviewers have suggested. I am a middled-aged soon-to-NOT-be-out-of-shape female, so if I can put it together, anyone can!!! It is very quiet and glides smoothly and provided a great workout.
