
Ok so here it is - I HATE to exercise - yep that's me, always been that way. But I quit smoking with the help of Chantix and starting putting on the pounds. I have never had a weight problem in my life and was in need of some help losing the extra pounds. I started to diet, OMG how do people do this? I didn't realize how many carbs I eat - I NEED my Carbs (and sugar too). So In comes the Gazelle. We increased the time everyday and now are up to an hour at a time and going on an average of 4 miles a day, with little effort.
