I have spent the last month and a half looking at and testing different elliptical machines. Every single one I liked ended up being over $1000. I have never really stuck with a home exercise program, so to spend so much of my hard earned money on something that may end up just sitting around and collecting dust was not something I was willing to do! So I bought this cheap low-end Gazelle figuring that if I could show myself I would use it at least 3-4 times per week for a few months, then I could justify spending the money on one of the expensive elliptical models.
Amazingly, It IS fun to use! I DO look forward to using it! And the time DOES go by quickly!
I'm quite happy with the Gazelle. I do think that eventually it may become too easy and I will most likely at that point purchase one of the more expensive models with some resistance. But until that time I am just going to enjoy using my cheaper model Gazelle and hopefully tone up a bit and lose some extra pounds.
I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for ... but in this case, less IS more!!
Shipping was super speedy and it arrived in perfect condition. My husband assembled the Gazelle in about 45 minutes with no troubles.
