I was looking for a way to bring my workout indoors over the winter, but I couldn't afford a high-quality traditional elliptical machine. The Gazelle Edge has far exceeded my expectations! It's sturdy, quiet, and has a great price tag. Unlike the traditional elliptical, the user provides resistance using their own strength and weight. As a result, you get out of your workout what you put in. The Gazelle does take some getting used to, especially if you're used to the motion of other machines, but I really like the extension of the pedals- I get a great stretch through my hamstrings. Just remember to keep your knees bent to avoid post-workout 'wobbly legs.' I usually prefer a strenuous cardio workout, which this machine will probably not provide if you're an avid runner. But I've accepted my nicely toned thighs and butt as a great trade off! Also, you may want to place something like an inexpensive yoga mat beneath the Gazelle if you have hardwood floors- A great workout may take you across the room otherwise.Get more detail about Gazelle Edge.
