1. No strain on your knees.
2. You can walk , jog , or run on it.
3. Arm handles so you can work out your upper body as well.
4. Cheap. I got mine for $100!
I usually put my ipod on and start walking kinda fast on it for 45 mins.
The first time I used it I only did 20 mins.......MY LEGS WERE SO SORE THE NEXT DAY , THAT I COULDN'T WALK DOWN MY BASEMENT STAIRS!! I couldn't take it anymore so I jumped the last few stairs. After that , my body got use to the exercise so no more soreness.
I dieted (low carb , under 1,000 cals a day no eating after 5pm , water a lot and diet soda only with a meal) and used the gazelle 6 days a week/45 mins a day and lost 60lbs in 3 months. I also lifted weights. 15lb weights 80x <--(40 thn rest/than another 40)using both arms , 40 squats holding 5lb weights on each hand, every other day. I always wore a pullover hoody sweater and sweatpants and then I would lift the 15lb weights 20x before getting on the gazelle just to get my heart rate up and then jump on the gazelle and go non-stop at a steady pace for 45 mins. I'd be sweating like crazy , which is great!
I've had it for 4 years and it's still in great condition.
I highly recommend the gazelle edge. Get more detail about Gazelle Edge.
