I could not have asked for better. The assembly was easy, very simple to follow instructions. As for the using of it, I find it to be wonderful, I have severe low back problems and can not walk for long distances, I climbed on to the Gazelle and started off with just the basic workout. I have no pain in my lower back while exercising on this machine. It is smooth operating, noiseless and simple to use.
