The BEST thing about this piece of exercise equipment is that it is so easy on the bones that I actually USE it, as opposed to exercise equipment I've had in the past that just sat and collected dust. It is so quiet that I don't have to turn up the TV and blast my neighbors out of their homes. I can see a difference in my health in just 2 weeks. 20 minutes a day and I'm sleeping better, my clothes fit better and I just plain feel better.
