I love the treadmill. Smooth, quiet, comfortable. My husband is 6' 3", 225 lbs. and he has the same feeling. He was worried that the deck wouldn't be long enough for him (it is) or sturdy enough (it is). We both run intervals and find the transitions are easy for both the speed and incline.
