This is our first treadmill and we are very pleased with it so far. It is well built, easy to use and not overly complicated like some models. A nice plus, that was not expected, is that it is also fairly quiet. We put it in our bedroom in the hopes we will use it more and noise was a concern, but not any longer. The fan is a nice addition and the large LCD screen is easy to read. The extra heart monitor strap is also nice, as the location of the hand grips is not ideal for checking the heart rate. We had it professionally assembled, but a couple of relatively handy people could do it on their own.
