I just received my Gazelle yesterday. I was able to put it together in about 15 minutes and was able to use it right away. I like it because it has a very moderate motion to it, making it easy to work out for 30+ minutes, other machines I have purchased at this price have been so hard to use that it wears me out after 10-15 minutes. With this you can really feel the workout, but it is easier on the body/lungs!
